Seasonal Activities

The adjustment of plant life to the natural environment and seasons applies very much to the vineyard situation. Like all farmers, we seek to manage our vines by providing them with appropriate care and attention at each stage of their growth. This provides us with different challenges as the seasons change and our activities at each of these stages is outlined for your interest.

In addition we are attempting to be as in tune with the natural growth patterns of the vine with the least possible intervention of artificial or chemical influence. We wish our carbon footprint to be traceable from scratch and our end product to be as pure as possible.
