Dolcetto Rose 2008

A delightful dry French style Rosé especially good for social get togethers. Displays the same unique characters of the Dolcetto grape
and the addition of a little herbaceous Semillion is a daring innovation.

Halliday rating 89 in 2011 - No shortage of colour: unusal style, firm, bone dry and with a mix of sicy ans savoury components. If you want a rose with meat dishers this is the go.

Our Gabrielle Dolcetto is named in memory of Bill’s Mother Gabrielle Lawson. The wine has stunning colour being soft, round, fruity and fragrant with flavours of anise and almond. The wine is exceptionally food friendly and should be enjoyed in the first years. For variation in summer try it lightly chilled as a luncheon red.
