Gabrielle Dolcetto is named in memory of Bill’s Mother Gabrielle Lawson.
The wine has stunning colour being soft, round, fruity and fragrant with
flavours of anise and almond. The wine is exceptionally food friendly and
should be enjoyed in the first 2 or 3 years. For variation in summer try
it lightly chilled as a luncheon red. |
